ARRIVING TO THE SPA
We are located on the lower ground floor of the Hotel, as you exit the lift turn left and follow the lanterns to the spa entrance, one of our spa hosts will release the door for your entry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Exclusive Floating Sound Bath Events are Non-Transferrable & Non-Refundable Late arrivals for the sound bath may find that your service is not possible to go ahead, or the duration of the session reduced.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when making your spa reservation so we can ensure your experience is tailored personally to your needs.
VALUABLES
Lockers are available in the changing rooms during your visit; however, we advise you not to bring valuables into the spa and to remove jewellery before using the facilities. We accept no responsibility for loss of valuables or jewellery at any time.
PRICES
All prices are given in GBP and are subject to change at any time. Please note we are a cashless venue.
ARRIVAL TIME
We suggest you arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatments, allowing you to start relaxing as soon as possible.
MEDICAL CONDITION
If you have any type of medical condition, please inform us at time of booking. Certain treatments may not be advisable for people with certain medical conditions, so it is best advised to speak to us first.
PREGNANCY
We have specifically designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please allow our wonderful spa team to guide you in selecting with treatments are most suitable during this special time, all treatments can be performed after the first trimester.
